Today’s Workout..
12kg
30 DB curls30 Chest Press20 Chest Flys30 Lunges per leg
14kg x 40 Goblet Squats15kg x 30 kb swings10kg x 30 kb swings10kg x 30 DL, Curl, Press & Tricep combos8kg x 20 bench rows per arm8kg x 20 Tricep press
Abs Class involving 1-2-3 ab curls (6kg), toe touches (6kg), jack knives, bicycle fast-slow-fast, crunches, plank w/alt legs, side planks, laying on side walks, laying on side leg raises(legs apart).
Good workout!! Had some yummy avocado on brown soda bread with eggs afterwards & a chicken wrap & porridge during the day:) yum!

Today’s Workout..

30 Chest Press
20 Chest Flys
30 Lunges per leg

15kg x 30 kb swings
10kg x 30 kb swings
10kg x 30 DL, Curl, Press & Tricep combos
8kg x 20 bench rows per arm
8kg x 20 Tricep press

Abs Class involving 1-2-3 ab curls (6kg), toe touches (6kg), jack knives, bicycle fast-slow-fast, crunches, plank w/alt legs, side planks, laying on side walks, laying on side leg raises(legs apart).

Good workout!! Had some yummy avocado on brown soda bread with eggs afterwards & a chicken wrap & porridge during the day:) yum!

My workouts were going really well there for a while until I got this flu that everybody seems to have because winter is still here!! So i’ve packed on some body fat that i hope to get down about 5% before moving! 
Todays WO:
Walk to & from gym (3km)10mins Rowing max level60 db curls (12kg)30 squat press (12kg)20x2 Chest press/fly (12kg)60 Tricep press (10kg-8kg)20 Goblet Squats (10kg)60 kb swings (8kg)30 curl/press/tricep (8kg)20 upright row (12kg) & Abs class in gym.
Food:Oatmeal with raisins, berries & cinnamon (pre wo)Apple, small yogurt sprinkled wth museli 1egg 2 whites, 2 hands of veggies w/pasta sauce

Kcal =650kcal approx. Have a heathy veggie curry in the fridge for later and some fruit to take with me during the day.

Need to work on my squats & lunges a bit more & keep to clean eating. Easter is a cruel mistress! Anyway, gotta go!

Had a productive day. Slept in but I had my cereal & headed to the gym as normal. Did my own thing in the gym as I missed the class.
12mins interval running10 minutes rowing max resistance30 Chest Press, 20 Flys60 Bicep Curls, 40 Triceps30 Lunges (each), 20 Squatpress,20 DL upright rows & 20 DL,curl,press&tricep combos.
Followed by 2 mins of interval sprints!
Walked home, devoured some protein powder in yogurt (tastes like heaven after a workout!) followed by an orange and a banana. Nom!

I love how Victoria’s Secret models also promote fitness.
I’m not one to often say “she’s too skinny” but looking at paparazzi photos of models when they’re not all dolled up can really show how haggard and frail they actually are. But VS doesn’t stand for any of that, they like their models with a bit of muscle over their ribs, which i think is excellent. It promotes fitness and healthy eating as beauty, and not starvation! Good stuff!

RIGHT, Proper NY resolution, Only allowed one portion of carbs a day if I’m working out! Back to the veggies, fruits and meat, I’ve been a lazy shit lately. No more Biscuits addictions :P

Even though they’re on sale, its NEVER a good idea to buy the 5pack of cookies over the single cookie. GOD DAMN!
