My workouts were going really well there for a while until I got this flu that everybody seems to have because winter is still here!! So i’ve packed on some body fat that i hope to get down about 5% before moving!

Kcal =650kcal approx. Have a heathy veggie curry in the fridge for later and some fruit to take with me during the day.
Need to work on my squats & lunges a bit more & keep to clean eating. Easter is a cruel mistress! Anyway, gotta go!
Had a productive day. Slept in but I had my cereal & headed to the gym as normal. Did my own thing in the gym as I missed the class.

Walked home, devoured some protein powder in yogurt (tastes like heaven after a workout!) followed by an orange and a banana. Nom!

I love how Victoria’s Secret models also promote fitness.
I’m not one to often say “she’s too skinny” but looking at paparazzi photos of models when they’re not all dolled up can really show how haggard and frail they actually are. But VS doesn’t stand for any of that, they like their models with a bit of muscle over their ribs, which i think is excellent. It promotes fitness and healthy eating as beauty, and not starvation! Good stuff!
RIGHT, Proper NY resolution, Only allowed one portion of carbs a day if I’m working out! Back to the veggies, fruits and meat, I’ve been a lazy shit lately. No more Biscuits addictions :P
