Clean eating Pancakes
- 1/2 tub Cottage Cheese
- 1 Cup oats
- 2 eggwhites
- Pinch baking powder
- Cinnamon (optional)
Put the oats in a blender and blitz them until they’re powdery. Add in the CC and eggwhites and blend a bit more. Throw in the rest, mix, then heat a pan very hot. Add a little oil/spray of your choosing and turn pan to medium heat. Put spoons of the batter onto the pan and cook for ~2mins each side :)
